The McFadden center is a 184,737 square foot mixed use retail and industrial project on McFadden Avenue between Grand Avenue and the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. With 147,861 square feet of industrial space and 36,876 square feet of retail space, this project is situated on a major thoroughfare through the heart of eastern Santa Ana. Retail tenants include Burger King, Wienerschnitzel, Boost Mobile, Herbalife and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. McFadden Center benefits from immediate access to both the 5 and 55 freeways, a Santa Ana Police substation and has an onsite property management office.
